I recently snagged a bunch of boxes of slides that my late father had inherited from his parents--my grandparents--after their deaths. I'm going to attempt to (slowly) scan these, as they are deteriorating, but it's going to be a long process.  I did find the following photo of pipe awaiting to be put in place as part of the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline.  One of my grandparents took this in 1971 during their trip to Alaska.
