Site Maintenance Notes Part 2

No blogs so far this week...why? We've busied ourselves with the site redesign. To that end, SomethingSoWrong will be down part of the day on Sunday as we implement the redesign. If, during this time, you visit the site, you may experience intermittent service, broken links and general chaos. We expect to be fully operational Monday morning, though "expect" and "reality" often are two entirely different things.

In other news, we're working on getting the photo gallery up-and-running. If you have any pics with SSW people in them doing crazy things or incriminating activities, please mail them to feedback@somethingsowrong.com. And if you've been to a SSW event (such as White Trash Weekend), expect to see yourself on the site. If you have a website you want to appear on the new links page, please send the URL to feedback@somethingsowrong.com or go to the "Contact Us" link. (Please include your name and a working email address if you take this route).

The inactive forums accounts have been locked (though there were a couple that we didn't lock as they're regular visitors and we're hoping to invite them back into the fold). Once again, if you've been locked and don't want to be eventually deleted, contact us and let us know.

After a slow start, the SomethingSoWrong Novel has started to come together, though quicker updates would be nice, in the words of Mick Jagger "you can't always get what you want".

Site Maintenance Notes

No blog today...Instead we're going to make a couple of announcements. Our domain expires on the 4th, so that means SomethingSoWrong has been in existence for one year...yay. Of course, it's only been in the fun form you know it as for about 6 months...

Speaking of form, we're working on a slight re-design...any ideas you want to contribute, feel free to mail to feedback@somethingsowrong.com...

It's come to our attention that there are forums members who have not been posting lately, so we've decided to do some housecleaning. Anyone who hasn't posted in 2 months will be locked this week, at some point. If you want to be unlocked, send us an email at the feedback address. If, after 2 months more, you haven't requested to be unlocked, you'll disappear from our forums and will have to sign up again...we have no room in our lives for deadweight...

And, just a reminder, we always welcome guest blogs...Email them to the feedback address as well...

Thanks once again for helping make SSW the success that it is and please continue to give out the address to all your friends and coworkers and enemies....

Thank You,

The SomethingSoWrong Team
